During our stay, we had the privilege of attending various events located conveniently close to the hotel. The room we stayed in was equipped with a wonderful view overlooking a breath-taking sunset. The bathroom was clean and stylish, and the service we received was top-notch, with polite and friendly staff at every turn. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We enjoyed taking advantage of the swimming pools and fitness facilities, which were well-maintained and easily accessible.

Though overall an excellent experience, we did notice that some of the fitness equipment was outdated and could be modernized.

The bar service from Juan at the Bamboo was awesome!!! The. Service support from David on the entertainment staff was also awesome!!!! The entire entertainment staff that supported the birthday party for my sister in law was also wonderful.

The lasting memory of the trip was the service provide in the Ember restaurant. I was dressed in long pants and Gucci Sandals & and singled out by Victor to go change shoes. Once iI returned I noticed the rules only applied to me.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday in a new resort with smart architecture and beautiful design. The multiple pools were a highlight, and the entertainment at night was a great touch. The food was so-so, but the buffet was the best. We especially enjoyed the staff's high service standards, and were delighted by the complementary spa treatments and snorkeling trips.

The resort had some kinks due to its newness. The pools and poolside bars close too early at 6:30pm, which was a letdown.

This luxurious hotel exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty with the exclusive amenities and personalized service. The Spa & wellness centre was magnificent, with a range of treatments and services to choose from. The indoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun, and the sauna and Jacuzzi added a touch of indulgence. The beach access was unbeatable, and I loved lounging under the beach umbrellas and sipping a drink from the beach bar. The live entertainment was excellent, and the night club was a great place to dance the night away. the hotel delivered an unforgettable experience that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

While my stay at this hotel was spectacular, I did experience one minor issue with the service. There were a few staff members who seemed untrained and unsure about their job responsibilities.
